1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of waagenmedia.no and the services, tools, and automated systems provided by Waagen Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) to its clients. By engaging our services or using tools we provide, you (“client”, “you”) agree to these terms.

2. Our services
Waagen Media provides digital marketing services, which may include but are not limited to: Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, SEO, email marketing, website/store management (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce), and reporting or automation tools we build to support these services. The specific services provided to a given client are as agreed in that client’s individual service agreement.
3. Authorization to access client systems and accounts
Where our services require access to a client’s advertising accounts, e-commerce platform, website, or other systems, the client authorizes Waagen Media to access, view, and where explicitly agreed, modify or manage those systems on their behalf (for example, adjusting advertising campaigns, syncing inventory data, or generating reports). This authorization remains in effect for the duration of our engagement with the client, and can be revoked by the client at any time by written notice.
4. Automated tools
Some of our services are delivered in part through automated tools and scripts we build and operate (for example, scheduled reporting or campaign-management automation). We take reasonable care in developing and operating these tools, but do not guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted. We will make reasonable efforts to correct any errors identified in a timely manner.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to grant us access to any accounts, data, or systems they provide access to, and for promptly informing us of any changes in that authorization (e.g. revoking API access, changing credentials).
6. Fees and payment
Fees for our services are as set out in the individual service agreement with each client.
7. Confidentiality
We treat client data and account access as confidential, and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services (e.g. via the third-party platforms named in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Waagen Media’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding three months.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
